Penn State wide receiver signs futures contract with NFL team

Penn State’s wide receiver have been much maligned of late, but one former Nittany Lion has secured himself a new NFL home.

One-year Penn State wideout Mitchell Tinsley signed a reserve/futures contract with the Cincinnati Bengals on Tuesday, the team announced. With this signing, he won’t count against the Bengal’s active roster until Feb. 10.
