Accra Lions defender Felix Amofa stands out in Bayern Munich World squad’s unbeaten run

Accra Lions FC proudly celebrates the return of promising right-back Felix Amofa, who recently concluded a remarkable three-week stint with German powerhouse FC Bayern Munich as part of their prestigious World Squad project.

The Bayern World Squad is an elite initiative that assembles top U19 talents from around the globe, offering them the chance to train under world-class coaching and showcase their skills on an international stage.

Amofa’s selection is a strong endorsement of his talent, hard work, and growth.

Guided by former Bayern striker and current head coach Roy Makaay, Amofa played a key role in three friendly matches – helping the team go unbeaten.

The World Squad recorded a 3-0 win over Viktoria Plzen U19s, a 2-2 draw against Rapid Vienna U19s, and a 3-1 victory against Bayern Munich’s own U19 side.

Beyond the impressive results, Amofa’s technical intelligence, agility, and confidence on the ball stood out. His performances drew praise from the Bayern coaching staff and supporters, affirming his readiness to take on greater challenges in his career.
