Derby County could be without all of Jayden Banel, Danny Batth, Lars-Jorgen Salvesen and Liam Thompson against Hull City, John Eustace has said.

Derby County have seen their play-off assault slow a little with two defeats in the last three Championship games. DCFC remain in a good spot though, sat 8th in the table and three points off the top six.

The Rams will be eager to bounce back from the 2-0 defeat to Watford when they face Hull City on Tuesday night. The Tigers are in a little blip themselves, going three without a win in the league.

John Eustace will be determined to pounce on that, but he could be without four players at the MKM Stadium. Winter signing Jayden Banel is ill and a doubt, while Danny Batth has undergone a scan on an achilles injury and results are being waited on.

Derby County academy graduate Liam Thompson is unlikely to be involved due to injury, as is Lars-Jorgen Salvesen. Eustace told Derbyshire Live the duo are likely to be “another couple of weeks”.
