University of the Incarnate Word’s offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach, Conner McQueen, 31, is poised to take on a new challenge as the assistant wide receivers coach for the Las Vegas Raiders, according to Bruce Feldman. In 2024, McQueen helped lead the Incarnate Word offense to a remarkable No. 2 ranking in both total offense and passing offense in the FCS, showcasing his prowess as a top-tier offensive mind. Before his time at Incarnate Word, McQueen was a former quarterback at Texas A&M, and he further honed his coaching skills under some of the biggest names in football.
