The Bills have agreed to sign receiver Curtis Samuel to a 3-year contract, according to AP sources.

The Buffalo Bills have signed receiver Curtis Samuel to a three-year, $24 million contract, adding a dynamic playmaker to their roster. Samuel is guaranteed $15 million and includes bonuses that could increase the contract’s value to $30 million. He has seven seasons of NFL experience and has topped 60 catches and 600 yards receiving in each of his past two seasons.

Buffalo Bills have signed wide receiver Mack Hollins to a one-year deal. Samuel, who spent his first four seasons in Carolina, has a career high of 77 catches, 851 yards, three touchdowns, and 41 carries for 200 yards. He has combined for 317 catches, 3,383 yards, 22 TDs, and seven rushing.

Buffalo signed Ty Johnson for a second season, signing a one-year contract, expanding his pass-catching role in the second half of last season.
