The Pittsburgh Steelers opted to trade Kendrick Green and Kevin Dotson last season, ending their careers. However, both players have since shown success, according to offensive line trainer Duke Manyweather, who discussed the Steelers’ decision on Green and Dotson.

Manyweather respects Coach Tomlin and Pat Meyer, and has been open about the debate about whether Kendrick Green should play left or right guard, stating that the idea of playing both sides is unfounded.

The Steelers traded Green to the Texans and Dotson to the Rams, both becoming starters. Green helped the Texans defeat Pittsburgh, while Dotson signed a $48 million deal. Isaac Seumalo and Nate Herbig remain on the team.
