Chuck McDonald, a four-star defensive back, gave his yes to DeBoer and Alabama on Saturday. McDonald plays at the powerhouse Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, Calif. The program produced a Heisman Trophy winner (Bryce Young) that went to Alabama and a transfer defensive back from the University of Southern California (Domani Jackson) played at Mater Dei and now is with the Tide. Alabama fans are pumped on social media after getting the news on McDonald choosing DeBoer.
