Steelers Bring In Four Safeties Ahead of Packers Game
The Pittsburgh Steelers are doing their homework at the safety position.
PITTSBURGH — The Pittsburgh Steelers are continuing to be prepared at the safety position, bringing in four players for workouts ahead of their Week 10 matchup with the Green Bay Packers.
The Steelers are still without All-Pro Minkah Fitzpatrick who has missed the last two weeks with a hamstring injury. He’s yet to return to practice since leaving Week 8 and it’s still unknown how long he’ll be sidelined because of the injury.
In the meantime, the Steelers are making sure to cover their bases at the position. Just days before kickoff with the Packers, Pittsburgh brought in four safeties for workouts, including Keidron Smith, Tyler Coyle, Tyree Gillespie, and Nico Bolden.
