It was announced by ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowksi that the Golden State Warriors
have agreed to a one-year deal with free agent guard Cory Joseph. The Warriors have been in the market for guard help after losing Donte DiVincenzo, and pick up Joseph who spent the last two full seasons with the Detroit Pistons.
In 62 games with the Pistons last season, Joseph averaged 6.9 PPG and 3.5 APG in 19.8 minutes per contest. While Joseph was listed as a point guard with Detroit, he can also play off the ball, which could end up being his primary role with the fully-healthy Warriors.
