Two notable Georgia prospects are set to work out for NFL Scouts. The Georgia Bulldogs have been well-represented in the NFL, consistently sending a slew of prospects to the league in every draft class. Although not having a lot of first-round picks this year, they have a couple of prospects who could go very high.

ESPN’s Jordan Reid reports that tight end prospect Brock Bowers and offensive tackle Amarius Mims will attend their own Pro Day today.

Georgia Bulldogs tight end Brock Bowers and offensive tackle Amarius Mims are set to participate in their own Pro Day for NFL scouts. Bowers, who missed the NFL Combine and Georgia Pro Day due to a hamstring injury, is considered a potential first-round pick for the New York Jets. Mims, who is also a projected high first-round pick, is expected to gain more from the workout. The Georgia Bulldogs have a loaded offensive tackle class with Notre Dame’s Joe Alt, Penn State’s Olu Fashanu, Alabama’s JC Latham, and Oregon State’s Taliese Fuaga. A strong showing from Mims could establish him among the best prospects in his position.

Bowers’ potential at the No. 10 Jets position presents an intriguing opportunity to join an offense lacking an elite tight end and a legendary quarterback like Aaron Rodgers.
