The Pittsburgh Steelers, after a 10-7 record in 2023, plan to revamp their roster this offseason, allowing over 50% of newcomers to join the team.

The Pittsburgh Steelers are under $12 million under the cap, but their current roster will determine their contender status. The team will likely add veterans at wide receiver and center after the draft, but the current roster will be crucial in determining their position in the NFL Draft.

The Steelers have replaced Kenny Pickett, Mitch Trubisky, and Mason Rudolph with Tom Arth as quarterbacks coach. Wilson, Fields, and Allen will join a new group led by Arth. The team will assess Fields’ long-term suitability during the season.

The $5.6 million cap space on Wilson, Fields, and Allen, along with improved quarterback position, provides minimal risk and a promising start to 2023.

Harris and Warren have both achieved 1,000-yard seasons, providing the Steelers with a strong running attack under new offensive coordinator Arthur Smith. Harris’ snaps dropped by 20% in 2023, while Patterson, a kick return specialist, offers another receiving option for the team.
