Josh Allen’s reality check for Buffalo Bills shows their season as a failure, ending with a 27-24 defeat to Kansas City Chiefs, despite Patrick Mahomes’ impressive performance.

The Bills’ quarterback, Allen, was not to blame for their loss to the Chiefs, who had 186 passing yards and 26 completed passes. However, Allen admitted that their close proximity to the NFL Conference Game made their defeat harder to accept, stating that losing a season is a failed one.

The Bills can be optimistic about the future due to the emergence of Allen, who has significantly increased his passing yards and touchdown passes since last season, earning comparisons to Tom Brady’s rise to the top.

Allen, like Brady, achieved peak performance and consistency in the mid-season of the ’03 season and playoffs, which remained his highest level throughout his career, a trend that continued into 2000.
