Pablo Fornals faces an extremely uncertain future with West Ham United.

West Ham signed Pablo Fornals from Villarreal in the summer of 2019 for around £25 million (The Telegraph).

Initially, the Spaniard was a hugely important player for the Hammers, but since this time last year, he has barely started a game under David Moyes.

Pablo Fornals should look to leave West Ham in the January transfer window

Listen, I would love the 27-year-old to stay at the London Stadium for the remainder of his career, but it won’t be any good for him, and we should try to sell the midfielder in January in order to get a decent fee for him.

West Ham have an option to extend the Spaniard’s contract by a further 12 months, so his deal at the London Stadium essentially runs until the summer of 2025.

We will still be able to get a decent fee for him if we sell him in the January window, or next summer at the very latest.

However, if Moyes does decide to cash in on Pablo Fornals, it will be pivotal for the West Ham boss to bring in a replacement for him.

Unless the Scot plans to sign Jesse Lingard on a free transfer of course
