Injury expert shares if Dele Alli set to return for Everton v Liverpool post groin surgery
According to Ben Dinnery, Everton attacker Dele Alli will be out until the Liverpool game due to groin surgery, ensuring he will miss the Arsenal encounter.
The injury expert claims he will be sidelined for more than a month and has suggested a possible return date of October 21.
The Toffees will be visiting Anfield at that time, and the England international is expected to be available for selection.

Derby return?
To say it’s been an eventful few years for Alli would be a massive understatement, given how tough it’s been for him.
He’s spoken openly about his mental health concerns, childhood trauma, and injuries, among other things, and is fighting to reclaim his spot on the squad.
His loan time with Everton last season did not go as planned, which was disappointing for the Toffees.
However, if Sean Dyche is pleased with what he sees from the English attacker in training, this may be his comeback season.
Alli has previously demonstrated how lethal he can be on his day, and it’s just about channeling it to get the most out of him.
The former Tottenham Hotspur attacker can play numerous offensive positions and might be an asset this season if handled appropriately.
