EPL: Sam Allardyce names Premier League club Declan Rice will join

Former West Ham United manager, Sam Allardyce, has named the Premier League club captain Declan Rice will join this summer.

Rice is expected to leave West Ham United this summer.

The England midfielder has been linked with Arsenal, Manchester City, Chelsea and Manchester United.

Asked where he expects Rice to end up, Allardyce told the No Tippy Tappy Football podcast: “Man City – and someone will go the other way.

“If I know Moysey [West Ham boss David Moyes], there would have to be a player in the deal for him and that would mean it would be easier for the club who is buying him because they wouldn’t have to pay David Sullivan’s asking price.

“It would be over £100million in total but it would be so much under that if they include a player that would take the deal over £100m. And then David gets a new player he needs.”
