NOV. 3 – PATRIOTS, COMMANDERS RELEASE FULL INJURY REPORT: DEVANTE PARKER, CALVIN ANDERSON OUT FOR PATS – The New England Patriots and the Washington Commanders have announced their player injuries and practice participation for Friday, along with their projected status for Week 9.

Starting left tackle Trent Brown, who missed the past two days due to both ankle and knee ailments, was present for the media-access portion of Friday’s practice. Brown is officially listed as questionable. Receiver DeVante Parker (concussion,) who was present for the start of the session, has been ruled out. Reserve offensive lineman Calvin Anderson (illness) was the lone absence from practice and has also been ruled out due to an illness.

Second-year receiver Tyquan Thornton was listed for the first time this week with a foot injury. With Parker having bene ruled out, as well as Kendrick Bourne on season-ending injured reserve, Thornton was expected to step up into a prominent role within the Patriots corps of pass catchers. If he is unable to suit up, the Pats currently have Demario Douglas, Kayshon Boutte, Jalen Reagor, JuJu Smith-Schuster and hybrid rusher/receiver Ty Montgomery on their depth chart.

Conversely, Washington enters this game with only three players listed with an injury designation, including receiver Curtis Samuel, who was ruled out with a toe injury.

The Pats and Commanders are set for a 1 p.m. ET kickoff for their Week 9 matchup from Gillette Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

NOV. 3 – PATRIOTS TRENT BROWN, DEVANTE PARKER RETURN TO PRACTICE – The New England Patriots welcomed back a handful of key contributors to the practice fields adjacent to Gillette Stadium on Friday.

Starting left tackle Trent Brown, who missed the past two days due to both ankle and knee ailments, was present for the media-access portion of Friday’s practice. Receiver DeVante Parker (concussion) and defensive tackle Davon Godchaux (illness) were also spotted on the field. Reserve offensive lineman Calvin Anderson (illness) was the lone absence.

While their respective official participation status will not be revealed until Friday’s injured report is issued, the trio of Pats being present on the field provides at least some hope that they may be able to suit up for New England’s Week 9 matchup with the Washington Commanders on Sunday at 1 p.m. in Foxboro.

New England and Washington will release their final injury and practice participation reports on Friday evening at approximately 4 p.m. ET.

NOV. 2 – PATRIOTS, COMMANDERS INJURY AND PRACTICE PARTICIPATION REPORT – The New England Patriots and the Washington Commanders have announced their player injuries and practice participation for Wednesday.

Receiver DeVante Parker (concussion), offensive tackle Trent Brown (ankle/knee), defensive tackle Davon Godchaux (illness) and reserve offensive lineman Calvin Anderson (illness) were all absent from the session.

On the good news front, Pats tight end Pharaoh Brown returned to the team’s second session of the week after sitting out out Wednesday’s practice with a back injury,

NOV. 2 – PATRIOTS TE PHARAOH BROWN RETURNS TO PRACTICE – The New England Patriots welcomed back a key component of their offense to the practice fields adjacent to Gillette Stadium on Thursday.

Pats tight end Pharaoh Brown returned to the team’s second session of the week as they prepare for a Week 9 game against the Washington Commanders in Foxboro on Sunday. Brown, who sat out Wednesday’s practice with a back injury, has made quite the impact on New England’s passing game this season. The veteran tight end has compiled 170 yards on seven catches with one touchdown, while averaging 24.3 yards-per-reception. While his official participation status will not be revealed until Thursday’s injured report is issued, Brown’s presence on the field is a positive sign for New England.

Lastly, newly-signed cornerback Alex Austin was spotted during the media portion of the practice, wearing No. 28, formerly worn by rookie Ameer Speed — who was waived by the Pats last month before being claimed by the Indianapolis Colts.

Four Patriots were absent from Wednesday’s session, including receiver DeVante Parker (concussion), starting left tackle Trent Brown (leg), reserve offensive lineman Calvin Anderson (illness.)

Linebacker Ja’Whaun Bentley, who left last Sunday’s loss to the Miami Dolphins with a hamstring injury, was present but appeared to be a significantly limited participant, s indicated in the report.

Tight end Pharaoh Brown, who has become one of the Pats most productive and reliable targets on offense, was also absent with a back injury.

With receiver Kendrick Bourne having officially been placed on season-ending injured reserve, all eyes were on some members of the Patriots who continue to deal with lingering injuries.

Among those absent from Wednesday’s session, receiver DeVante Parker (concussion), starting left tackle Trent Brown (leg), reserve offenisve lineman Calvin Anderson (illness.) Linebacker Ja’Whaun Bentley, who left last Sunday’s loss to the Miami Dolphins with a hamstring injury, was present but appeared to be a significantly limited participant.

Tight end Pharaoh Brown, who has become one of the Pats most productive and reliable targets on offense, was also absent. Brown has not been listed on any of New England’s recent injury lists, thus making the reason for his absence unknown at this time.
