Las Vegas is poised to retain interim head coach Antonio Pierce for another season. Pierce takes over as head coach in the middle of the 2023 regular season, after the organization fired Josh McDaniels. Pierce’s record since taking over is five wins and four losses, and he appears to have reignited the fire in the Raiders’ locker room.
Pierce has demonstrated that he is more than capable of serving as an NFL head coach, and Raiders fans have been screaming for his return throughout the season. Harbaugh will receive an interview from Los Angeles as early as next week, but Belichick’s future remains uncertain.
