Cincinnati — Following Bill Belichick’s departure from New England, eight of the NFL’s 32 teams are now looking for a new head coach. Prior to the departure, the six-time Super Bowl champion was the league’s longest-tenured head coach.
That means Bengals coach Zac Taylor is tied for the seventh-longest tenured head coach in the sport.

Cincinnati is known for its patience with head coaches, and Taylor has already won two AFC Championships and appeared in a Super Bowl.

Bengals extend coach Zac Taylor's contract through 2026
Cincinnati — The Bengals may address the tight end situation in a variety of ways this offseason, including through free agency.
Would Gerald Everett, a veteran, be a good target?
He recorded 51 receptions for 411 yards and three scores for the Chargers last season. Everett has averaged at least 48 catches, 400+ yards, and three touchdowns in each of the last three seasons.
Ian Hartitz, a fantasy football analyst, believes it would work well with Joe Burrow, Ja’Marr Chase, and Tee Higgins.

It’s worth mentioning that the Bengals could have pursued Everett after winning Super Bowl LVI, but the veteran signed a two-year, $12 million contract with the Chargers.
According to PFF salary cap expert Brad Spielberger, the 29-year-old is expected to receive a one-year contract worth $5.5 million in free agency.
The Bengals may bring back veterans such as Tanner Hudson, Drew Sample, and Mitch Wilcox, but they will undoubtedly need to add to their tight end roster this offseason.
