The Springboks won four World Cup titles last year, becoming the first team in history to do so. Notable athletes include Percy Montgomery, a fullback with 893 points in 102 Tests, and Morne Steyn, one of the Springboks’ greatest goal-kickers with 742 points.

Springbok flyhalf Handre Pollard, currently third on the all-time points scorers list with 698 points after 69 Tests, could potentially surpass Montgomery at 30 years old.

Bryan Habana is the fourth all-time points scorers, with 335 points from 124 Tests, a record 67 tries, followed by Elton Jantjies, Naas Botha, and Joel Stransky.

The Springboks are preparing for a 13-Test season in 2024, marking a watershed year for South African rugby. The management team will be in action against Wales on 22 June. Coach Erasmus is excited about the coaching and management team’s preparations.

Springbok Management includes Rassie Erasmus as Head Coach, Charles Wessels as Team Manager, Mzwandile Stick as Assistant Coach, Daan Human as Assistant Coach, Tony Brown as Assistant Coach, Andy Edwards as Head of Athletic Performance, and Jason Peyper as Laws and Discipline Advisor.
