Detroit migh just need another weapon for Jared Goff in a division that is theirs but has young challenging quarterbacks ahead

Many believe Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins should be traded for a high pick in next years NFL draft, the thing is where to? We will talk about the answer shortly.

Higgins signed a one-year contract to stay with the team, but the fact that no long-term agreement was reached should tell you what you need to know on his future with Joe Burrow and company.

The signing surely impacts the team’s finances, especially since contract extensions for Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase are also in place soon.

Higgins is expected to ask for a high monetary salary, and it is most certain the Bengals could not afford him. This situation would force the Bengals to negotiate with another team and there is one candidate that might just be a good fit for Higgins.

The Detroit Lions will be a perfect landing spot for him, considering they might just be one piece away to complete their offensive puzzle that is very dangerous already, but Jared Goff can never a weapon too many.

Why is Detroit a good for Tee Higgins?

When you see it clearly, this is a win-win situation for both teams. The Bengals would get something in return for a young but experienced star wide receiver, at least a third-round pick might be in the mix.

And the Lions will have another middle yardage and deep threat in an NFC North Division that is theirs to lose but that will have challenges now that Jordan Love has one year of experience as starter leading the Green Bay Packers and a very dangerous Chicago Bears team with rookie Caleb Williams in control.

After the draft it is complicated to make a move considering teams already are getting ready for their respective camps, however people should not be surprised if come the trade deadline this move happens.
