In March, the Angelos family sold the Orioles to private equity billionaires David Rubenstein and Mike Arougheti for $1.725 billion. The group led by Rubenstein and Arougheti will initially own a 38% percent stake in the team and have the right to buy the Angelos’ remaining interest.
