Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou and technical director Johan Lange are currently plotting the club’s summer transfer rebuild under the Australian.
Spurs have already got their business up and running the summer transfer window, which opened on June 14 and will close on August 30 at 11pm UK time. Tottenham’s plans have been in place for months now with plenty of moving parts in terms of incoming and outgoing players.
The club are looking to build on Postecoglou’s first campaign in charge which brought an improved fifth-place finish in the Premier League with more goals scored, fewer conceded and three consecutive Manager of the Month awards for the Australian at the start of the campaign.
“You always understand that things can change really quickly but we’ve got a plan in place that I’m really comfortable with in terms of incomings and outgoings,” Postecoglou said of the transfer plans he and the club had after the club’s post-season friendly in Melbourne last month. “Whether that all comes together you just never know but having clarity about what we need to do I think helps the process.”
Plenty of players have been linked with Tottenham this summer and many within Postecoglou’s squad have been tipped to head towards the exit door.
football.london has pulled together Spurs’ confirmed first team transfers, both in and out, thus far:
