The Eagles are just a few days away from a must-see game against the 49ers on Sunday, and the organization has announced four roster adjustments ahead of Thursday’s practice.
Philadelphia has signed linebacker Ben VanSumeren to the active roster.
The Eagles also added cornerback Josiah Scott and wide receiver Cam Sims to the Practice Squad while releasing wide receiver Greg Ward.
After seeing play in the previous three games, the undrafted free agent has been promoted from the practice squad. VanSumeren played 62 special teams snaps during that time.
The 23-year-old spent the majority of the season on the practice squad after leading the NFL in preseason tackles with 26.
Scott has been added to the Eagles’ practice squad.
