Leicester City has overcome the most difficult phases of this demanding Championship schedule despite the loss of numerous first-team players to injury at different points during the season. However, Enzo Maresca is gradually assembling the Foxes team at maximum strength as they get ready for the last portion of the season.

Negotiations in January weren’t especially easy; City lost Cesare Casadei when he was on loan, and several players left to play for their respective nations in the Asian Cup or the AFCON.
